The historic Newcastle Herald building got a new lease on life with this mixed-use project. Eight residential floors sit above three commercial levels; all built as additions to the original heritage newspaper building. Three levels of basement parking stretch boundary to boundary, maximising the tight inner-city site. The result preserves Newcastle’s media history while creating modern homes and business spaces in the heart of the city.
