Hunter River Hotel

This refurbishment of an existing pub included a full demolition and strip-out across two levels, with improvements to key areas like the main bar, sports bar, kitchen, bistro, gaming room, and upstairs function space. An updated been garden was also constructed with a large outdoor roof with retractable roof portions.

The project was completed in three stages, allowing the hotel to stay open during construction. Temporary bars, kitchens, and gaming rooms were set up so guests could continue enjoying the venue without disruption.
