Birzulis were engaged as the Civil and Structural engineers for this project under the D&C procurement method. ​
​This project involved the construction of a new Helipad, new access roads, service diversions and the construction of the SSB building. The project involved working with the Health Infrastructure standards and procedures, and understanding the requirements of the stakeholders.
