Life at Birzulis
Don’t just take our word for it – hear from our team members about what it’s really like to work at a company where collaboration, innovation, and the pursuit of efficient solutions drive everything we do.
"The builder on a recent complex project told us that Birzulis's communication, problem-solving ability, and success in reducing structural tonnage was the best experience he'd had with a structural engineering company in years. That kind of feedback really validates the value we deliver."
Andrew Brooking
Senior Revit Draftsperson
"We have a great team culture based on the people we have in the company. Everyone at Birzulis wants to do their best and work together to achieve tasks. When things don't go as expected, we learn as a team and find different ways to make projects more efficient."
Ernan Granale
Senior Revit Draftsperson
“This focus on efficiency has fundamentally changed how I approach my work. I feel much more accountable for the time I spend versus the hours charged on projects, and that accountability makes me feel like I'm truly part of the whole business.”
Rob Brown
BIM Manager
“The most meaningful client feedback isn't always in words - it's the satisfaction of repeat clients handing over project after project that other firms couldn't respond quickly enough to or had failed to deliver on their promises. That trust speaks louder than any testimonial.”
