This 71-bed residential aged care facility features three levels of resident accommodation over basement parking. Each floor integrates resident rooms with central serveries, dining spaces, and outdoor terraces for natural light and community interaction. Our structural solution accommodated the commercial kitchen, function rooms, hairdressing salon, and staff facilities while optimising layouts for operational efficiency.
