The extension of the existing club on the Swansea Channel, including a new large steel-framed covered courtyard featuring a curved wall to roof transition, and modifications to the ground floor and first floor of the existing reinforced concrete building to include a new kitchen, kids’ play area, bathrooms and office spaces.

The project was completed in one stage; there was minor disruption to the venue during construction.
